In lieu of Milford Alive! 2021, we're putting on a scaled back fall festival this year, but it's sure to be a great time! Vendors and Crafters see information regarding signing up below.
Click the Vendor Form button to print out, complete, and sign the form to sign up for a space at this event. Then complete the PayPal payment process to pay for your space(s). Nonprofits can sign up for one free space, additional spaces are at the regular rate.
The printed and completed form must be sent to the address provided on the form whether paying with PayPal or check.
